PROPERTY Tamlyns also offer to sell your property or land by auction. This process with the absence of any chain and completion being normally done within 28 days gives the vendor a quicker sale than other methods. As the property is sold when the hammer falls the process eliminates the disappointment of sales failing through due to the chain breaking down. A reserve price can be agreed prior to the sale to protect the vendor against any low bids on the day and the property not meeting market value. The process of sale often can increase the market value of a property and with the atmosphere of the auction room often reach prices greater than anticipated.
