In order to be approved to bid you will have to place a £2,000 deposit for each lot that you are interested in, this will go towards the purchase if you are the winning bidder or be returned to you if you are not successful this time.

Please note that some of our lots have been sold prior including those shown below and others have been withdrawn but there are still plenty of properties available to buy! Please see the attached addendum for further details.
