With 27 years experience as an auctioneer and valuer Adrian Mackwell has a wealth of knowledge in the valuation and sale of antiques, paintings, collectables, silver and jewellery plus ordinary house contents, vintage cars and motorbikes.

During the past 16 years he was manager and then director of two prominent regional antiques and fine art salerooms, responsible for the day to day running, cataloguing, advertising and marketing of the companies plus client liaison. In addition, he undertook all valuations for probate/inheritance tax purposes, insurance, divorce proceedings, family division and of course sale by auction.

As an independant auctioneer he is able to supply auctioneering services on a regular or ad hoc basis. With a wealth of rostrum experience and a high level of skill he has offered for sale a huge and diverse range of antiques, paintings, cars and motorbikes plus arranging the forced sale of plant, machinery and stocks. Charity auctions,roadshows and talks for small, medium and large groups are regularly part of Adrian’s calendar. His work for the Lords Taveners, Leukemia care,Hospices and other charitable groups has proved worthwhile for all parties.
