Belvoir recently won the title of Best Lettings Franchise at the Lettings Agency of the Year 2014 in association with The Sunday Times and the Times. In 2012 Belvoir became the first residential lettings agency to launch on the AIM of the London Stock Exchange.

Belvoir has numerous offices throughout the UK and an ambitious acquisition programme is underway, which means many more offices are scheduled to open in the next few months. Belvoir aims to provide the best possible service to all of their customers. Our local business owners personally manage all essential aspects of lettings, and each operates under licence from Belvoir Property Management (UK) Ltd. The stringent requirements of Belvoir’s franchise licence ensures that all our offices operate under the highest standards of professional conduct.

Every Belvoir office has access to a highly trained franchise support team, that is based at our prestigious Central Office in Grantham, Lincolnshire. Each Belvoir office can provide a series of unique products and services, including leading insurance packages. Belvoir’s dedicated legal helpline ensures that offices are able to deal with any issues quickly and effectively. In September 2013, we were pleased to announce the launch of a new estate agency sales pilot. The sales pilot of residential property sales, which ran for 12 months, initially included ten offices from a cross-section of Belvoir outlets across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. following the success of the pilot, sales has now been launched across the Network with more and more Belvoir offices deciding to offer the full sales service alongside its successful lettings service.

History of Belvoir

Belvoir Lettings was founded in 1995 by Wing Commander Mike Goddard and his wife Stephanie. The entrepreneurial couple applied their extensive experience and strict standards of quality and customer care to create a professional, yet personal residential lettings service that exceeded the expectations of landlords and tenants. The pilot business was based near Grantham in Lincolnshire and is now run as a fully-fledged, and very successful, Company-owned outlet. Since that time Belvoir has grown beyond all expectations and is now recognised as an award-winning franchisor, with over 150 offices nationwide and a 20+ franchise support team based at Central Office in Grantham.
