Established in 1976, Lynes and Lynes Antiques has since become Cork’s leading antiques company. Our first location was on Marlboro Street, from where we moved to Mac Curtain Street. We have since consolidated our antique showrooms and auction rooms under one roof in the Eastlink Business Park, Carrigtwohill. The new showroom provides customers with a spacious viewing environment and convenient parking. Throughout the last 35 years, we have provided personalized antiques and auction services to customers in Munster and devloped a large, international base of private and trade clients. Our auctions have regularly attracted local and national media coverage for the quality and diversity of items sold, not to mention several record prices, such as the sale of “The Funeral of Michael Collins” by Sir John Lavery in 1995 (£120,000) and “The View of Cork” by John Butts in 2005 (€ 700,000).
