Paddington Left Luggage
The Left Luggage and Lost Property office are located on platform 12 (now operated by Excess Baggage). The office is open between 0700-2200 Mondays-Saturday and between 0800-2200 on Sundays. All items deposited in the Left Luggage Office will be scanned before acceptance. The Lost Property Office is open between 0900-1700 hrs Mon-Fri.

The Left Luggage office is situated at the top of the ramp to platform 16. It is open between 0645-2315 Monday-Saturday and 0715-2300 Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Lost Property
The Lost Property Office is situated at the top of the ramp to platform 16. It is open between 0900-1700 Monday-Friday and 1100-1900 Sundays and Bank Holidays. Enquiries can also be made by phone on 020 7387 8699.
